Job description

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work closely alongside the clients to provide comprehensive support across all recruitment, pre-employment screening and HR activities for the company.

  • Responsible for implementing excellent recruitment strategies
  • Pre-screen, interview, assess and recommend top-quality candidates while providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, clients, and other sources of high-quality candidates.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure an effective partnership throughout the recruitment and hiring process for their open positions
  • Demonstrate current knowledge of and compliance with employment laws and regulations in all recruitment, hiring and employment activities
Requirements
  • Language Skills: English: Fluent, Japanese: Business level
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 10 + years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
  • Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems to manage candidates through the recruitment process.
  • Must be capable and comfortable working within a diverse team environment
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to organize and prioritize work.
